Meet Kelsi: Recovery, Motherhood, and Finding My Way.

Hi, I’m Kelsi, and welcome to Kelsi Collective.

I’m a mom of three, a college student, and a woman in recovery. I’m raising three kids with ADHD while navigating ADHD and anxiety myself. I also struggle with my moods and managing anger. There’s a lot I’m still figuring out, and that’s part of why I wanted to start this blog.

I wanted somewhere I could share more than a pretty picture. Somewhere I could talk about staying sober while parenting, taking care of my mental health, and trying to build a better future for my family.

Recovery is part of my everyday life. So are the responsibilities, emotions, and moments of overwhelm that come with being a mom. I’m learning how to make room for my own needs while showing up for my kids. I don’t always get that balance right.

It feels vulnerable to admit that. But I know I can’t be the only person who loves her family, wants to do better, and still has days when everything feels like a lot.

That’s what I hope we can talk about here.

I’ll be sharing things I’m learning, ideas I’m trying, and tips I find helpful along the way. Some posts will be about recovery and mental health. Others will be about motherhood, ADHD, getting organized, or finding a little time for myself.

And yes, there will be beauty, too. I love makeup and the creativity that comes with it. That part of me belongs here alongside the harder conversations.

You’ll also find journals and planners in my shop. My hope is to create useful tools that give you space to reflect, organize your thoughts, or work toward something that matters to you.

I’m sharing as someone with lived experience who is still learning. What helps me might look different from what helps you. And while motherhood is part of my story, I’ll keep the focus on my own experience so my kids can have their privacy.

I don’t know exactly where this blog will lead, but I’m excited to start. I want Kelsi Collective to be a place where I can be myself and where you can feel comfortable being yourself, too.

If you’re rebuilding, raising kids, or trying to find room for yourself in a busy life, I’m glad you’re here.

One day at a time,

Kelsi
